So I started off as a bartender. A damn good bartender but not necessarily a fancy bartender. And while I am older/messier/slower/grumpier now I can still guest bartend if you want chat and humour and funkiness.

Bartender Training
Next I got involved in training bartenders from being brilliant at the basics to the trends they should be aware of as well as the discussing the skills they will need to be successful. From technique to hospitality I have influenced several generations of bartenders.
Writing
It was also the era of the Drinks Magazine and I wrote extensively for CLASS, Theme, FLVR, Australian Bartender and many others and I am working currently on several books but can still put pen to paper if asked.
Masterclasses & Coaching
Then I got involved in higher level masterclasses about the history of cocktails and more advanced techniques as well as coaching bar mastery.
Business & Leadership
Then having decided bartenders were now well catered to I changed to working with Owners and Managers to develop basic business skills and more Leadership progression.
Speaking & Presenting
All the time I was honing my own presentation skills to engage and inform at top Bar Shows around the world and still love my self declared mission: To learn as much as I can about Drinks, Drinkers and Those That Serve Them and share that knowledge.
